Happy Hearth's Warming!

It's been another long and crazy year huh? Lots of bad stuff happening in the world, a few good things too. I'm kind of just glad that gas is cheaper, even if it isn't snowing and probably not likely to this year. (Believe it or not where I live White Christmas's have always been rare and were only a thing very recently. Thanks Climate Change!)

Aside from all that, things are still bad with the family. I wish I could help more, but my siblings are getting to the point where they need to start taking care of themselves. I'd still like to give my old man a bloody nose for all the hell he puts them through, but I know he's under a lot of pressure too. It's hard to be mad at anybody in particular, even if I am still mad at what they are doing to each other.

Long story short, family sucks, make your own if you can and forget the one you were given. Or at least that seems to be the lessson I've gotten out of this mess.

Enough unpleasantness though. It's the holidays, whoo hoo! Another year down and another year coming up!

Sad to say, I'm planning on being rather busy next year, so my writing is probably going to be on hold for a little while. Don;t take that TOO seriously though, as I have a bad habit of writing at really inopportune times, and I'm sure there will be plenty of those in the year ahead. But for once, I don;t have any stories I'm really planning to write, so I'm afraid I can;t really give you lot a preview for next year.

I wouldn't be surprised if I didn't put out something around next Halloween though. Just have to wait and see.
