I know a lot of you have loved and adored my fanfic Girls of My Life. But how do you think it would go if Spike had the Crystal Prep Six. Sci-Twilight, Lemon Zest, Sunny Flare, Sugarcoat, Sour Sweet, and Indigo Zap. Would Spike feel the same as he does with the other six, or would having these girls not be so much fun?
Sci-Twilight: While caring about Spike the dog, makes me wonder if she'd treat Spike like an assistant like Pony Twilight did before she made friends?
Sugarcoat: Would probably be more blunt and truthful to Spike with probably less regards to his feelings.
Sour Sweet: I think her shifting of moods would make Spike scared and not sure which of her tone's is actually her real self.
Lemon Zest: Probably the most normal of them with wanting Spike to rock out with her and her beats.
Sunny Flare: While having Rarity perks of being elegant with self-confident mannerisms, but more rude, arrogant, and aloofness would make Spike need to keep acting like a gentleman around her.
Indigo Zap: Much like Rainbow in terms of loving sports and winning, but would she drag and push Spike past his limits if they were competing against anything.
Yeah my descriptions probably makes it like spike could never work with those six. Or he could possibly bring out better sides to them. Give me your thoughts on the matter of Spike and those six.
I honestly think it could go either way. maybe have him off put at first but have something make him realize that their personalities could be the thing he needs to change.
It is interesting and like the old saying: it wouldn't hurt to try something new.
I'd like to see where it would go and I think that spike would bring out the better side of those six.

i give it a go,though if your gonna write about it i think u should give this one some layer to it. let me explain, while the original was mostly played for laughs this one could be played for drama though with comedic elements of course(a dramedy if u will). u can also have spike struggle through this school(what isnt helping however is two third of the student body are stuck up snobs and the principle is a black hearted b**ch),with his only real friends being coco pummel and/or rara and much counseling from the dean. u can also make the girls realise that spike has been trying to bring out the best in them and it makes them go through a jerk@$$ realization like halfway or near the end. well what do u think,though this is your idea and im just throwing suggestions for ya. :)
Maye have a different Spike too. We see the Crystal kids in a bad light and as you did make some villians good in GomL why not show that the CP students are elitist and maybe snobbish to outsiders but show them as fire forged friends who see themselves as the elite and all thart requires of them to live up to.

Sounds interesting. Will you have Twilight's Canterlot friends make a appearance and flirt with Spike, possibly causing some conflicts? And if you bring in the Dazzlings, could you please use them more in the story? I really enjoyed your use of them, I just wish they interacted more in the story.
Or a separate story with Spike and the Dazzling would be great.

Thanks for your words of support guys. Now the question is how should I have it opened up? Have Spike narrate about the Crystal Prep six like before when he narrated about the Human Mane Six? Or should I start it out like Ladies Man where a young Spike is enrolled at Crystal Prep and Principal Cinch and Dean Cadence assign the Crystal Prep Six to show him around? Anyone have any other ideas I'm open to them.

3635559 i think u should do bit of both.have spike not see the girls for 2 or 3 years and he when enrolls and finally see them again he realize how much they`d changed and not for the better,adding some good drama. though they still care about him each in there own unique way, just not as much as they use to.i know i stated this before but i wanna add a few more things, maybe have spike think the shadow 6 are a lost cause halfway through and thats when the girl realize how much a bunch of jerks they`ve been to him and try to better themselves with some hilarious results,for instance have sour attend an anger managment class with the instructor being a mix between ned flanders from the simpsons,the ultimate warrior from wwe, and gunnery sergeant hartman from full metal jacket who forces his class to watch love and tolerate movies(like all 3 care bears movies and jonah a veggietales movie,why jonah well if u watch animats review of it on youtube you`ll know why),with limestone attending as well.
3635593 now that would make a very interesting subplot.have some of the teachers there be crooked and corrupt each in there own way with blackmail,bribery and even some enhance drug pushing of some of the students during sport events(indigo not being one of them of course) with cinch looking the other way(as long as it benefits her school in one way or another, she dosent give a rats@$$),with the only known honest custodians there are cadance,shining,and fancy pants, when karma finally catches up to them near the end they end up losing there jobs and even going to jail,cinch included. indigo would also have a fierce rivalry with lightning dust as well and not the friendly and healthy kind either more like the intense and heated one that usually breaks out in fist fights.

3635781 i like to think that he`s more or less in the gray area,he`s not to overly nice like cadence but at the same time he dosent like any the crooked teachers and hates how cinch is running the school.

You could have Jet Set and Uppercrust apart of the villains with the Principal.
Also from what I could tell from the Friendship Games, Crystal Prep is a high class school, so it would take some connections (maybe for Spike) or a lot of money to get in to such a school. Maybe students (mostly the villains) look down on Spike because the way he was enrolled.
I wouldn't mind a bit of both from Girls of My Life and Ladies Man. Since Twilight was able to connect with her Human friends and get them to join together like in the first Equestia Girls, maybe Spike does the same at Crystal Prep, starting with a anti-social Twilight and go off from there.

Spike and Twilight were friends years ago before he left and Twilight's closeness with Spike was so great that she named her dog after him, after he left her, so they would always be together (sorta). Twilight goes to Crystal Prep with her dog and doesn't gain a single friend. After the time leap, Spike enrolls Crystal Prep and reunites with Twilight. Perhaps Twilight realizes her love for Spike during his absence or maybe Cadence knew before she did and was just waiting for those feelings to take a full circle or she realizes this during his stay with her at the school.
During Spike's stay at Crystal Prep and reconnecting with his childhood friend, Spike has to deal with all the issues Twilight deals with, while creating bonds that become Twilight's friends as well and those friends fall for Spike as well.
Or Spike could have met all those girls at one point in their life when they were all young, like Spike's family were constantly moving around. Spike possibly did something for these girls that saved them from deep depression or worse at that point in life, only for him to leave them. This leads to the way that are when Spike meets them again years later.
Or take it even further by having Spike be the girls physiological need.
I think that this could work out well.
