Remember when I said I will continue this story till season 4? · 3:53pm Nov 23rd, 2015
yeah.........I've made a huge mistake 
I've got a feeling that if I continue this story till the end of season 4, the story will saturate itself too much and I need so many tags it's practically a chore at that point.
So I'm heavily considering ending the story after the Changeling affair is done and more exposition to the ancient alicorns. After that I'll be writing a sequel to the story.
soooo do you want me to continue this story or do you want me to stop after the problems with the Changelings are finished and then continue with a new story? choice is yours

Oh don't worry about THAT, if you want a continuation of the story then you got it. It's just I'm quite tired of writing the Franceverse all in one story and want to expand into other areas like the idea thread I posted a while back
Don't worry about it. If you believe that ending the story and making a sequel is necessary to maintain the flow I say go for it.

the Author's notes on the first chapter of the story tells that the story begins 30 days after the events of A Canterlot Wedding. That means France was displaced to Equis 30 days after Canterlot Wedding

you said you wont be updating till late 2015 any time frame on that exactly plus "2-4 months" i take it's now april at next chapter? i also like the idea of romance between daring and juilien i mean in a situation like this interspecies realationships were bound to happen so maybe a side story about this would be an idea speaking of side stories id like to see one about the foreighn immagrants perspective like canadians and americans for example who in france and their experianes and how they learn to cope or since their are undiscoverd aeras like the west and south the imagrants could leave france and start or restart their own city state countries if you know are not vatican city is one plus if your sequel and side stories are done have you thought about doing a story simular to this? or maybe creating a group to these fics of yours based on this and maybe if its ok with you writers could expand this universe with their own stories side stories or alt universes like canada or ww2 era france england germany and japan end up in equestria.... i mean i like this premise for a universe and id love to see what becomes of this in the future

Just to clear some things up. The 2-4 months is just news headlines for a bunch of stuff I won't be covering but will happen in the future, the next chapter is set in the winter of the year 2015 and essentially is me attempting to write a slice of life involving the Mane 6 in Paris with probably no moral lessons attached but we'll see about that. As I have mentioned in the earlier chapters of the story, all foreign citizens that were transiting in France or are vacationing in France during the displacement will be granted immediate French citizenship and would have the same rights as normal French citizens do. As for a sequel, It's still in It's planning stages and I'm hoping that during the winter break I can write the first draft of the story. But I'm attempting to keep everything confidential for now because
As for interspecies relationships.....yes I have a plan for Daring and Julien (*cough* *cough* they hook up *cough* *cough*) but that sidestory will probably be written after I've written all the heavy stuff regarding the Franceverse.
Oh and French colonies, French colonies EVERYWHERE!! (and obviously the French will manage things better this time around)
