There are certain things I don't need to ask for, because there are more than enough, or at least sufficient numbers. Appledash, Twinkie, even Flarity. I might even say Scootabelle fits. I've seen a few, and there is even a DA group. But there are a few ships, of specific characters or general ideas, that I want to see.
Diamond Tiara and Silver Spoon. Not in a D/s context, not in a foalphile context, not in full-bore tragedy or clop. An actual romantic tale of Diamond and Silver, being in ACTUAL love.
Applebloom and Zecora. Yea, yea, blah blah blah, ages and such. I mean when AB is older. Something sweet and touching and loving.
Carrot Top and Derpy. I was never then nor am I now a DoctorDerpy guy. It seems dumb, on several levels. Carrot Top looks like the kind of stable and with-it woman that a slightly-flighty lady like Derpy needs. She'd be a perfect mommy to Dinky. It would make for a beautiful tale.
Braeburn and Little Strongheart. I already ranted on about Gayburn and how randomly idiotic I found it. And even when he's shown as straight he gets put together with random mares. I got played like a viol de gambo by a story I was told might imply HeartBurn, but it turned into something else. I am written on them myself, but more is always good.
Gilda and Trixie. I've written on them too, but so far I have seen only one story on them (Deuces Wild, and to be fair, it's great.)
Snips and Snails. GingerNutGin has done an implicit ship for them, I want more in the way of direct statements of love and kissing.
Gustave and Joe. It's just a cute idea. A pair of bakers loving each other.
A zebra and a pony. Generic interracial sort of thing. Ditto with a donkey and a pony. All in any combination of genders.
An unashamedly undisguised Changeling and a pony. Kissing, necking, snuggling, against the chitin and holey parts. Drone or worker.
Non-filthy Diamond Dog and a pony. Besides Echo because Echo is SWAG. I mean natural born Equestrian Diamond Dogs. And more use of female dogs in general. And for that matter, a Diamond Dog and a Griffin.
Winona and Gummy. Because shut up. That's cool and cute.
Opal and Angel. Because even jerks need love.

I've actually seen quite a few of these ships before (can't remember where), but I have never seen gummy and winona. I've seen a fic where spike is having puberty issues and then rapes Winona only to hang himself later out of guilt, but never a Winona and gummy ship. Sorry.
Assuming 'snapping changeling out of angsty-ness and then ^ ' applies, I made one of these
For DT and SS, Facets and Flaws might be going that way, but the time between chapters rivals Composure. I like the ship as well, so I'll keep an eye out for others.
For out changeling and pony, I know I've read one at some point; if it comes to me I'll let you know.
Also, two blogs posts? Writer's block or just extra free time?

I keep hearing about Facets and Flaws. But there's something about the description that makes me want to wait for the payoff to be sure it exists. I got burned BAD by lies from the writer of "Treasure in the West", expecting implicit BraeHeart and getting a cheap and dirty BraeDo.
Couples names will be what they are. I've seen it mroe than a few times on DA, which is why I know it.
I know I am normally very taciturn when it comes to blogs, but I just felt especially talkative. I needed to note that Bad Apple was done, and then after reading a lot of... off ships I wanted to make note of what I like. Cast that net out there so I don't have to do it myself.

Props, bro. You do Gilda and Trixie right. They get the respect they deserve, in small doses that show they are not mere comedic villains, but flawed creatures that are still approached as individuals. Like Trixie and the shop owners, or Gilda and Fancy Pants. I can't wait until they finally kiss. it will be epic.

Even if it didn't end with DT/SS I'd be fine with it, the story stands well on its own merits; well written, well characterized, a sea of ships, and transgender issues done well.
I just have to poke fun where I can, it's in my nature, plus it's honestly a shock to see two blog posts days apart.

What kind of ships? And what kind of transgender issues?
And when a story ends without the ship I wanted, I feel I have completely wasted my time.

I can understand feeling let down if the ship you want isn't there.
From memory all I can remember is Scootabelle and Twixie, Snails/Twist seems to pop up when I think of it too. When I get the chance I'll search the whole list. The most recent chapters just drop a ton on you as more ponies show up (huge party so almost everyone is doing something at some point) but focus still remains on the youngin's.
As for the transgender bit, it's sort of a spoiler and plot point, but Silver's new neighbors include a secret transgender foal who she befriends. There's a lot of internal issues and familial repercussions involved with it, but if I say anymore it'll ruin it.
