    Guess who's back... Back again...

So, I know I kinda... dropped off the face of the Earth for a couple of months. Suffice it to say that real life got a little hectic right around Halloween time, and it's only just now starting to settle down.

But I'm back. And ready for more. New update for Making My Mark should be out round about New Years.

    Still Alive.

    It's been a while, hasn't it?

Hey all, Firestar here. Firstly, I want to apologize for the... shall we say, extended hiatus that Beyond the Portal has taken. I've received a number of messages on the subject, and I want to assure you all that I am indeed alive and well.

    Massive Delays

My apologies for the long wait between chapters everyone. I know I kind of ended on a cliffhanger, and then went dark for two weeks.

It's been a while, hasn't it?

Hey all, Firestar here. Firstly, I want to apologize for the... shall we say, extended hiatus that Beyond the Portal has taken. I've received a number of messages on the subject, and I want to assure you all that I am indeed alive and well.

My current job has taken up nearly every ounce of free time that I have. Since September, and going on up until this past Monday, I have been driving 2 and a half hours to and from my work-assigned territory 4 days a week, and spending 2 of the other days in an office where there is very little time to write. And after driving around to appointments for 14 hours, all I really want to do is settle in and sleep. It probably didn't help that I procured a few new games that have occupied my time, including the Overwatch stress test that is occurring this weekend.

Fortunately, this past Monday I was transferred from my old territory to what is essentially my backyard. This will save me an easy 4 hours every day that won't be spent driving and can be used for more productive activities. Such as, perhaps, continuing a story that has been woefully neglected for over four months.

So yes, I am alive, and Beyond the Portal will continue. I'm not promising a solid release schedule anymore (Because god knows how well THAT'S worked out before), but I'm fairly confident that we won't have another 4 month gap between releases. The next chapter is well underway, and could be out as early as Monday.

May your blades never dull.

You started it (whats our thoughts on Legion?)

Thoughts on Legion...

I'm reservedly excited. I refuse to become full-on excited because of the disappointment of Warlords, but I also know that if one company can correct their mistakes it's Blizzard. Artifact weapons look pretty cool, a return to old-school talent trees. he new zones and artwork, as usual, look fantastic. My one complaint so far is that my favorite spec (Survival Hunter) is being mangled and turned into an abomination. And yes I am quite salty about that,

Plus dat opening cinematic. :pinkiegasp:

3560579 I never cared much for King Varian till that cinematic
