Since he is an unmoving but constantly smack talking asshole, he is going to project multiple versions of himself across the Multiverse, allowing other Displaced to hear his asshole wisdom. I'll let people do what they want with it, as long as they make him like the Canon Emperor had a Text-to-Speech device. That way he doesn't technically do crossovers! Though I'll probably make a short story of him meeting Fausticorn. You can do whatever with Loki.
