The Order of Ismara, the Original Notes

Delving through my Google Docs, I found my very old original descriptions of The Order of Ismara. No spoilers here if you're caught up, and some of this stuff just outright changed later. Some of it stayed just the same, though. Enjoy some vintage planning notes :)

Mulcibar - Rigid and steeped in tradition. He has pride in being a changeling, especially one that received Ismara's Touch as they call it, which grants the use of higher magic. He feels that duty to the hive is the most important thing. He loves to talk down to his enemies. Changeling superiority, to him, is simply an obvious fact. He is a master of illusion magic.

Linnai - Brash and uncaring. She's a genius magician. Young and impulsive. She cares nothing for anyone but herself and her brother (Mulcibar). She takes pleasure in the suffering of others, and suffers from a huge ego. She is quick to downplay any talk of treating ponies as a threat to the plan as absurd because she refuses to think that her ability could ever be topped by a pony. She wants to dominate Twilight because she's heard tales of Twilight being a magical genius and, of course, refuses to let a pony be better than her. She is, hypocritically, attracted to pony mares, particularly Twilight, which infuriates her. She is a fire magic user.

Luzon - The top dog under Chrysalis, has a long beard. He's a calm guy who thinks things through, but fears not taking every contingency into account. He is a good organizer, but he suffers when there is unknown data. He prefers perfect information, you might say. He talks and acts like you'd expect some old chinese dojo master to. He is wise and does not like to make decisions brashly, but now he must face that reality on the front line of the attack force on Equestria.
