    How is everyone?

    Hello.

I wasn't very active last year. Normally I write blogs to let people know that I'm still roaming about on the site, but for some reason last year, I didn't. I'm sorry about that. It's not like I had anything going on either, I was just lazy, I suppose.

    Merry Christmas!

Blessings unto you on this day, December 25th.

2020 has been such an awful year. It's destroyed lives and families in the wake of a terrible and virile plague. In light of this, I wish people the very best day in 2020, wherever you may be. Please be safe and hearty. Let us make 2021 a better year for all of us.

    Deleting another story

Gonna keep this short because I don't care for this particular story enough and I know well enough that neither do you.

I will be deleting A Song of Angels from my library at my discretion of course. The artwork as done by Turbopower1000 will still be available on his Deviantart, considering that the artwork is probably plastered over the internet, having them deleted wouldn't matter at all.

Friendship Games! · 4:24pm Sep 27th, 2015

Everyone!! I have just seen Equestria Girls - Friendship Games, and I must say I loved it as much as I loved Rainbow Rocks, maybe even more then that, I was never a fan of the first because that one had problems that'd make the Nostalgia Critic chuck a fit.

It was interesting, it was one of those films for me where I stress at some things happening, like when Twilight (human) takes our heroes magic (I wanted to rage ugh! :rainbowlaugh:) I hated the cliche that was present throughout the film, I adored Sunset Shimmer, especially when she yelled at Twilight about keeping herself out of things she doesn't understand.

She has a point but her delivery was very angry, fitting of her character. Her struggle is still present after Rainbow Rocks but it's a new struggle and it holds up very well toward the end. I adored the ending in particular when Sunset helps the human-world Twilight. I won't give away too much, ya'll have to see it for yourselves.

I really didn't like that principal character either, Principal Finch, she was like a bat out of hell. People like her irk me, "reputation?" I'm sure she's got quite the reputation among the male populace, she's stuck up and... ugh I just don't like her. :ajbemused:

And Twilights abuse at Crystal Prep was awful :pinkiesad2:. and while I'm on the subject of Crystal Prep, what the deuce is a Dean?! I've heard of them before but what is their function? I'm Australian so I don't even..? :derpyderp2:

Regardless, it was awesome seeing Cadence and (Throw-away character number 1) Shining Armor, who we never see again. Literally, Shining Armor is there for one scene and like that he's gone. Not to mention Flash Sentry (Waifu stealer/Brad to those bronies who don't like the character) who was in the movie for a few scenes before Twilight shuts him up after the first game and he's never seen again at all, for the rest of the movie. I mean at least develop his character so we can like him! Larson, come on throw in your five cents and help him, make him an alicorn or something! :rainbowlaugh:

I loved the final scene too, the designs for Sunset and Twilight were wonderful! :raritystarry:

All in all, it's worth a watch. If you didn't catch it on Discovery Family earlier then perhaps you can catch a re-run, or wait for it to come out on Netflix or DVD, I saw it on YouTube of course. I give it a 5 out of 5 because I'm too generous. Now to wait for LittleShyFIM to pick it to pieces.

Sunset's transformation didn't match that from 'My Past is Not Today', and the actual games themselves felt like an after thought and we over too quick

agreed that said I found it "straight forword" for lack of better words, but hay it all happened in short amount time so fair enough. Also seriously that final scene with Twilight and Sunset has da ja vu written all over it (Celestia and Nightmare Moon anyone?). that last scene with the two Twilights meeting each other was also cute cus I'm sure everyone was like "I wonder when that will happen" it was expected after all.

To answer your question: a dean is a teacher/administrator who takes charge when the principal is to busy, said role is either taking care of the students or being in charge of specific academic unit, it can be said the they are below the vice-principal on the hierarchical chain of the school/ university.

Second: the movie left me with a lot of anger, either it was the overuse of cliches the unholy amount of comercials shown during the tv screening.

3424295 Yeah, the movie in general just felt too short, more like a couple of episodes than an actual movie.

Also I'm not sure how to feel about Principle Finch being added in when they could have tossed in Sombra and actually fleshed him out a bit on the human side. Of course a few more questions were brought to mind as it felt like the EG Shining Armor didn't have the same connection to Twilight that the ponies did. He was just sort of there and they barely even interacted at all.

Also I also feel that the Flash Sentry bits just felt tacked on just to show that he is still around. Though now there will be more people hating him because he had the gall to touch Derpy. :trollestia:
