Howdy folks!
I literally just published Chapter 6 of Project Icicle, the first large scale battle Ratchet experiences! Woo! It is also about double the size of the previous chapters because of this. :P So, start reading and learn of Ratchet's new experiences!
Anyhow, now comes the soul-crushing announcement that I have returned to college...Ugh. What this means for all of you waiting to read more chapters of Icicle, is that I'll have less time to write the story since I have to balance more things now. Work, homework, going to class, etc. I might find an hour or so a week to work on a chapter, but that means they'll take a while to come out.
However, Chapter 6 ends on kind of a cliffhanger, and because of this I'll try to get Chapter 7 out soon. After Chapter 7, though, things will be slow going. I might even hiatus it for a while if things get rough.
Icicle has at least two major story points I need to hit on before it ends, but Chapter 7 might be a good midpoint to pause at. Regardless, I think a lot of people won't like the ending I have in mind, but we'll see when we come to that.

Huzzah for more Icicle! Also, hope you get settled in easily for school! As for the ending you have planned, don't worry if people will like it or not! If it fits for the story, while it might not be what people wanted, it can still make the story more loved than anything. Be true to how you plan it out, don't change it for the sake of being liked!
