The third chapter is almost ready to put up I am just waiting for my other editor to send my the revised copy.
The title for the third chapter is The Storm that Takes Shape.

Commander Darklight brought up a good point by saying this (I'm assuming there is no way to tell a earth pony human from a mage unless they use magic).
Well I did have a short explanation of the races at the end of chapter two, but here is a better one.
Mages are the shortest out the three lesser races coming in at 5'-5'4". A Mage's wounds heals faster than the other two races, but are easy to injured. Mages have a slender body build. They use their hands to control their magic
Earthbounds are the taller of the three lesser races coming in at 5'8"-6'1. Earthbound are slower when recovering from wounds, but are harder to injure. Earthbound have a bulky body build. They Live longer than any of the lesser races
Pegasi are the mid ground of the three lesser races. Their height is usually between 5'5"-5'7" .They recover from injuries faster than Earthbounds do but on at the speed that Mage does. They can't be injured as easily as Mage, but can't take hits like an Earthbound can. Pegasi are lakey in body build. They have wings on their back and they can still walk on clouds and manipulate them
Alicorns are the taller than the three lesser races. Their height is anywhere from 6'3"-6'10". They are almost impossible to injury. They recover from injuries extremely fast. All Alicorns are immortal. They have wings on their back, can use magic.
There can be exceptions in the lesser races. Like there can be tall mages and short earthbound, or a Pegasus that can take Hits like an Earthbound and heal at a slower rate. You get point.

Fluttershy: quick to heal but is more prone to injury. She is taller the average for a Pegasus coming in at 5'9".
Rainbow Dash: is sturdier than most Pegasi, but when injured she takes good amount of time to recover. She is extremely short for Pegasus coming in at 5'. Do to her short height she can achieve the Sonic Rainboom.
Applejack: is the harder to injury and consequently has the longest recovery time. She stands at 6' respectfully.
Rarity: has the fastest recovery rate and as such gets hurt easier. she the second shortest of the group at Rarity stands at 5' 6,3/4",
Pinkie Pie: Is the hardest to injury and recovers a little slower than Rarity.

im still calling Alicorn twilight because making twilight a strait pegasus would be weird i can remember if we saw he cutie mark but if its the same a magic burst 6 pointed star would be weird on a pegasus

3345416 They did not see her mark. Dr.Tourniquet told them what her mark is. it was the same a magic burst 6 pointed star. But it can be interpreted as a weather Pegasus that clears the sky at night for the stars to be shown.
