XD I could try and help you learn how to, but I only use Gimp 2.

I recommend downloading that and playing with it on a few pictures, get the hang of it.

Interesting, because on my to-do list I have around 40 pending art pieces I need to start/finish
And let me tell you even though switching from MS Paint to Sai was fonominal (BAH THAT INFERNAL PROGRAM!) It's incredibly time consuming and suckish that I'm using a laptop with no mouse
