Not really big on fanfic writing, but when I'm in the mood I'll jot something down from time to time. I'd much rather frequent sites like YouTube, DeviantArt, and Facebook

Something You Can't Have - by UniqueSKD · 9:34pm Aug 3rd, 2015

Although the world has looked at me
With eyes of hate and scorn
And although so many have doubted me
Since the day that I was born
Although there have been so many
Who've wanted to tear me apart
And there has been quite a few
Who left me with a broken heart
Although there were numbers of people
Who tried to take my dignity
And although there's been so many more
Who have mocked my creativity
Although some people may beat me down
And try to stop me reaching my goal
There's one thing nobody can take from me
And that is my beautiful soul

Did you compose this all by yourself?

This is why we can't have nice things.:rainbowkiss:
But still,good poem

3292197 I do a lot of poems.

Heres a little something special in return for you:

(And yes, it is a poem.... That was hard to compose but I did it anyway)

I may have the perfect life
And a family that loves me
It doesnt mean I don't see others strife
And the sadness that it brings
I try to help them out
And make sure nothings wrong
But every time their in doubt
And it breaks my heart a little more
Life shouldn't be sad
It should be everything you want
Nobodys bad
Just hurt by this crazy world
When I see someone needs a friend
I really want to help
And give them what they need. The end.

3292278 Poetry is but a lyrical conversation
Albeit one that conveys more emotion and heart than normal talk
Awakens deep imagination and fantasies and dreams
Grants power unto sentences, words, letters
A rhyme and tune, a melody of the soul
When we sing this tune, we can feel whole
A poem invokes sadness, rage, joy, pleasures
So many wonders, so many horrors
A silver tongue weaves the greatest of spoken song
