Next chapter is up. Deviating a bit from how I usually do updates; from now on, I'm going to have a small blog post as an alert. The other blog is getting to be a little long.
There are a few things that went through my mind when writing this chapter. The one thing that sticks out was this first one though.
Why in the hell did I feel the need to use Applejack as a punching bag? I know she can be stubborn, but so can Rainbow Dash.
That came way out of left field. I guess it was a way to show the down side of what Rainbow did to the Crystal Council. Not that any of those ponies deserve any consideration. Those that aren't a part of the greater conspiracy are lukewarm hangers-on. And the few that aren't did everything they could to try and stop the majority.
It didn't work.
In any case, here's the first part of the next block of chapters. At current, there's only going to be two like this. These two chapters are going to bridge the gap between the past events that happened at the start of PSDAL, and what happens in LRSF.
