AnonymityIsMagic

I am a relatively inexperienced writer and first-time Pony fic author looking to just explore the characterization and headcanon that won't leave me alone at night.

Where am I, how did I get here, I am not good with pony · 8:09pm Jul 26th, 2015

Hello!

So, as some of you might have noticed, I'm new here. I have posted a story, the first part of what I hope to write as an ongoing series, entitled Kingdom of Loving: Fear and Loving in the Crystal Empire. To everyone who's read it and commented and liked so far, let me say: thank you! From the bottom of my heart, it means a lot that you even take the time out of your day to look at the words my horrifying brain has cobbled together into this strange and alien headcanon.

To tell you a bit about me as a write and fan of My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic, well...there's not much to say. I grew up on the character-rich cartoons of the 90s, including Disney classics such as Gargoyles. Among my favorite elements in these shows were their deep characters, their overarching plot, and their ability to deal with mature themes and situations. FiM had several of these aspects and more, and managed to charm me right into thinking about absolutely terrible things with the main cast. To that end I began brainstorming the alternate continuity I've titled Kingdom of Loving, where ponies deal with mature themes and also engage in over the top Dragon Ball Z fights with Godzilla monsters, discovering not only what it really means to be in Harmony but also to be themselves and sometimes punch giant gods in the face.

Now, here I am. I like to read and to write, but I am absolutely atrocious about Internet things. I respond to comments where I can and I follow things where I am able, but to those of you who may not get a reply or a thank you personally, let me say it now:

THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU and THANK YOU for already being here and putting up with this insanity.

Now. Back to writing.
