You know, writing this late probably isn't a good idea. When I look up from my dusty keyboard and I squint at the daylight peering in through the cracks in the shade... That's when I know it's time for bed.
Then I re-read what I've wrote... And it sounded good in my head. Reading it out loud? Cringe-worthy.
*sigh*
I'm very rusty. I mean I wasn't a J.K Rowling or Rick Riordan before... but still. My writing right now is pretty filthy. Riddled with amateur mistakes and telling. Oh my god the amount of telling I try to write. If I learned anything from Avox, or Blood Lord or any of my old editors. It's not to tell.
Looks like tomorrow I'll be heading to writing school again. I'll try and hone some of my old techniques, and see if I can entertain once more.
