Well, one thing is for sure: this summer has given me more than enough real-life material for writing Blank Flank.
So. Life happened. Like huge ups and downs all within under 2 weeks. Long story short? Family thing happened (some crying and worrying), friend thing happened (much crying and hanging out time), another family thing happened (some more crying and a funeral), then I suddenly started getting interviews like crazy (yes, every school waited until exactly halfway through July), so I traveled in
Chapter 3 of Blank Flank: 1194 words down, several to go! It's taking a bit longer than expected, but should be good to go soon. I'm also planning to add some illustrations at some point (like I did in Last Letter). In the meantime, find me on tumblr and deviantART.

Wow, I've really missed being here. A friend and I were just discussing the MLPFIM community the other day. She, unfortunately, encountered the Dark Side, so she hasn't stuck with it. But I'm so glad to have found the positive, analyzing, scholarly, encouraging side.
A number of people have asked me about a response to my first story. I have an idea for it but have not decided if it fits well enough or would seem out of place. I'll continue to think it over and see if I can find something that might explain the situation further and allow it to end on a happier note for our favorite student and teacher. :)
