And yes, they are a bit. Seeing a doctor helped. And the abs are healing (which was the most painful problem), so I'm doing much better.

I share that opinion. I really hope Papa Pat picks up the second and runs through it, because I think he'll probably find that Dead Silver is the far superior book as well.
