Of course, A lot of you are wondering where "The Friendly Changeling" is and why it hasn't updated. Well, I tried to get it into two groups; TPCaRG and the now inactive Twilight's Library. The story got rejected from both of those, and I was told why.
I knew that sooner or later, I would get criticism for this story or one of my others. Because I knew that it would eventually happen, I thought I could handle it. I couldn't. Yeah, bad criticism is something that you have to experience before you're used to it, knowing that it would probably happen didn't help me as much as I thought it would.
This caused me to try and ignore the story altogether and work on other stories. I've thought about deleting it, but two things stopped me from doing that; the fact that it's my first fanfic ever means that I still want to hold onto it. The second thing is all of you who want me to continue it. I've ignored this story for so long so it's time I finally improved it. I will be editing this a lot; mainly chapters one, two, and maybe three.
I'm grateful for you all, so I'm telling you that this story is not getting deleted. I'm not putting this off any longer, so you can all expect edited chapters as well as chapter 8 in the future, so you'll see blog posts when I've fully and successfully edited a chapter. Thanks, and I'll see you soon.
