Hey there, everypony. Just a little something I felt I needed to get off my chest - I'd recently been viewing the Season 5 episodes already out, and having seen "The Lost Treasure of Griffonstone", a rather worrying notion has occurred to me regarding one of my future fanfictions. I won't give too much away, but for the storyline to work, the Changeling Kingdom would still be in a sort of "cold war" with Equestria, and what worries me is that the series itself might end up making it redundant. Okay, so perhaps it might be a bit farfetched, but if the aforementioned episode has the Main Six bringing friendship and harmony to the Griffin Kingdom (Griffonia, in my headcanon), then what if they do the same with the changelings? I'm not saying that'd be a bad thing, I'm just anxious about how it'd affect my stories is all.
Just think of the Changelings as having different hives/colonies, like ants or bees. What happens under one queen doesn't necessarily happen under another.
