Hello, everypony!
I'm glad to announce that the last part to 'My Little Assistant' is nearing its end!
I had a huge breakthrough today, and I think the plot will be tied up very nicely.
Unfortunately, the middle part of the chapter is still quite a mess, but that's because the plot came out somewhat convoluted...
Therefore, it will probably take some time to clean it up and make it presentable.
I really hope that this will happen by the 20th.
Feel free to tell me what do you think will happen in this chapter, or later on in the story!
Who knows, you might just make your assumption a reality! 
P.S: Out of the Mane Six, who would make the best/funniest pairing with Naruto? Feel free to comment/PM your opinion!
Honestly If I had to pick it would probably be Rainbow Dash. Mostly cause I like RD over the rest but also cause their similar personalities would match well with each other, though Rainbow's over competitiveness could drive Naruto crazy in some funny ways and given she's the element of Loyalty that could lead to some funny overreactions from her as well.
AJ or Twlight would be my second choices, AJ cause Naruto spends a lot of time around her and she's definitely the more approachable of the group and could potentially have a connection to given both are orphans who've had to grow up fast. Twilight meanwhile could work given how science crazy she is and would likely spent a lot of time trying to figure out how his chakra works and some kind of relationship between them could develop over time.
Pinkie however, I don't think would work since she's so crazy and random, her relationship with Naruto is more like having a crazy sister or best friend you have a totally platonic relationship with. Rarity is similar to an extent, though in the more refined kind of fashion, plus I don't think Naruto would mix well with her more prim and proper attitude.
Fluttershy meanwhile has already been done before and it'd just be nice to see something new. also the whole Fluttershy being like hinata thing is cute, though I think that by itself is a weak connection for them to have.
Again that's just my opinion
3112571 Dude, you DO realize that clashing personalities can lead to a great relationship? Why, I'm open minded, my friend's intolerant, yet were practically joined at the hip. Like a phoenix through fire, they can stand strong, even if it's a raging pyre, they wont stay mad long. For the nature of relationships, is give and take. Through arguments or gifts, bought or what you make. If you believe all contradictions just lead to hate, then you have yet to learn to love and tolerate.
I believe that Naruto and Twi would prove to be the funniest, for a reason easily missed. Naruto can use chakra, and do things to make her pissed. The dynamic would have to be built for long, but imagine the face when Twi is proven wrong. Naruto can do things others cannot do, and that is why I find this to be funniest, true.
It is good to see you back in the game, without you here, it just wasn't the same. Seeing you has made me rhyme again, so I will gleefully say, Welcome Back Friend.

Hey I'm not saying opposing personalities can't mesh well. Just that I've seen Naruto with Twilight, Pinkie, Fluttershy, Applejack, but no story where it was Rainbow and thus I'd like to see it if possible.

I'm all for either RD or AJ, mostly AJ though.
RD because her competitiveness is something Naruto can challenge, constantly and give RD something like a goal to fight on her way to being a WB. Plus, when I think of how the fandom gives her the most gay ships, it would be hilarious if most of the ponies thought she was gay, but seeing her with Naruto in a romantic setting would cause humourous amount of reactions, if populace opinion was that she wasn't into guys.
AJ, because I just see them going together so well. Both are hardworkers, commune with nature in their own ways and enjoy it. Meanwhile while both are Stubborn (with a capital "S"), Naruto knows when to relent but meanwhile AJ doesn't so that could be a sort theme for relational/Character development for AJ and Naruto. Also though while they can both be mature Naruto can be childish at times and it would be good to have her reel him in non-violently, compared to what he's use to. Seeing as I could just see RD encouraging his less than mature behavior, more often than not. Also we've seen that Naruto is most definitely a "family" man, Boruto notwithstanding, and I can see AJ seeing that characteristic in him as well, probably from seeing him with Big Mac and Apple Bloom.
I can see Pinkie becoming more mature by being around Naruto, honestly. He seems to know how to tone down at times. Plus Pinkie con Sage training would be AMAZING to see come into play.
While I've said before there are just WAY more epic length Naruto/Twilight fics, mostly on fanfiction main site, Plus the pairing just isn't very appealing to me.
Naruto/Rarity appeals to no part of my being, while NarutoFS just feels like doing NaruHina in another verse, While I enjoy NaruHina, I don't wanna see it overlapping into another universe.
3113159 Well, I can't fault you there, but if you are looking for one, fanfiction.net may have something. It was what introduced me to the wonderfulness of fanfictions, but kinda went down hill after the crack down on overly mature fics. But I have seen some MLP stories that are not here, so it is worth a look.
Hmm that's a tough one when you think about it, they all have their own weird quirks and all so I really can't pick one. You could have them all develop a small crush on Naruto and try to discreetly get his attention in their own unique ways but fail to realize they are competing with each other.
as for the funniest...? Twilight. All of her brain cells... slowly metaphorically dying from his shenanigans...

Yea, you could also have them help eachother (give support and advice) without any of them knowing that all of them are going for the same guy. Then when they find out let the cat-fight insue.
