I don't remember hearing that one, either. I think Destiny is a lot more enjoyable than Chandelier, though. I think I remember hearing of Zero 7 somewhere before you mentioned them, though, so I suppose that means I have heard of Sia indirectly, since she apparently does vocals for them.
3056628 - Well, like a lot of electronic acts, Zero 7 doesn't actually have a full-time vocalist as a member. However, Sia was one of their more frequent collaborators; I think she's on about a third of the songs on their greatest hits album.
