Love love's love. IMPORTANT! · 10:18pm Apr 18th, 2015

I am currently at a wedding. So it got me thinking about love. All the different sorts of love. And since I decided to move into the basement where I get the most work done, I've made the choice to set all the time writing down there to a season of love. So I ask you to put these in order of importance if you please.

-young love

-parental love

-true love

-sibling love

-tough love

-first love

-eternal love

-brotherly love

-forbidden love

-star crossed love

-strange love

-love-hate

Put them in order how you feel. I will see you all very soon. A wedding is to come; but much prep work to do first.

Eternal-love
True-love

I'd argue that everything you listed can be filed under true love. It just depends on your definition of the word.

That said, I'd list it like this:

Eternal love (if you mean in the sense of a religious love or faith, I can see this being top)

Parental love (family should come first and foremost in life, and the bond between a parent and child showcases the power the relationship can have on someone)

Sibling Love (as above)

Brotherly Love (Greater love has no one than this: to lay down one's life for one's friends.)

Tough love (people you care for should be the ones to lay down the law and crack your head if you're being ignorant)

Strange Love (like a meat head falling in love with a bookworm. It can be cute at least.)

First Love (you never forget your first, and it can shape you into the man you become)

Star-Crossed love (fun to read about, and sometimes happens, but not enough to rank above the rest)

Young Love (it's a good teacher. When it works, that's great, if it doesn't, then at least you have experience with how the game's played.)

Love-Hate (You're always going to have times where you're pissed at a friend, family member or partner. That shouldn't encompass the whole of your relationship, however)

Forbidden Love (Sometimes it's forbidden for a reason)

Not sure what it'd fall under, but the kind of love where you'd die for your friends and family is the most important one. The rest are nice, but you can do without them.
