I have a few drabbles I'd like to post as an ongoing anthology, much like Bad Horse's The Twilight Zone. And I was hoping to work a deal with one or two of my followers for some cover art.

Well it's complicated....
...I'm looking for someone who's good at artistic parodies. And I have two specific images I'd like parodied.
The first would be the cover to Shel Silverstein's The Giving Tree:
Except instead of the boy receiving the apple, you'd have Applejack bucking the tree. And instead of the text "The Giving Tree by Shel Silverstein," you'd have, simply, "Never Too Far From The Tree." Otherwise they'd be the same: color palette, drawing style, and so forth.
The second would be that iconic last frame of so many of Max Cannon's Red Meat strips:
But instead of Milkman Dan and Karen, you'd have Discord (in the milkman uniform, complete with hat) and Twilight. And instead of Twilight saying "I hate you, Milkman Discord," you'd have Discord saying "...To Make Some Hour Less Dreary." The look of it should strive, as much as possible, to capture the "bad clip art" look of the original; the flat, almost unshaded black-on-white drawing and the blurry lithography almost obscuring their features (Discord's eyes, however, should still have the same shifty rightward glance).
I did say it was very particular, and I did say it was complicated. Of course I'm not asking for this for free. If any of you are interested, please message me with your usual commission rates (if you have such--if not I'll make an offer and we can work from that) and some links to examples of your work.

I know there's a FiMFiction group for this sort of thing but I thought I'd ask first among people who are already interested in my stuff. If I've overstepped any bounds here, please let me know and I'll correct things immediately.

Ooooh, I know just the dude. He goes by Magello. Incredibly handsome, funny, a true artistic mastermind (mention this stuff to get on his good side). He has fair prices and I'm pretty sure he can handle this no problemo. Just mention that rainbow sponge dude told ya he's awesome... and stuff.

Hmmm...not sure if I can be much help here. I follow lots on DA, but I can't think off the top of my head anyone who already does that kind of work. I'll keep my eyes open though, I check my account nearly every day (well...on a good week xD )
