Update on Chapter 80 · 5:20pm Apr 7th, 2015
SO! We've all been here before 
I underestimated the length of my chapter outline and decided to split it into two chapters once i realized it would have been almost 22k words. So i cut the first 10.5K words off and that will be chapter 80. It might end a bit abruptly, but thats only because it used to be part of an oversized chapter.
I hope to get chapter 80 all fixed up and ready to be posted very soon and the best part is, now i have 5K words already written for the next. So if the end of chapter 80 seems rather sudden or leaves you grinding your teeth together, i assure you, it will be a short wait for chapter 81
Wish I could read PTH, but I'm still working on reading its prequel

If i could release full books at this speed that would be something
I have to admit, half the reason i write so fast is because of all the positive response i get while writing 8-12K words at a time. I can jump from chapter to chapter with ease and motivation because im constantly being praised 
It was REALLY HARD to write my 200K word fantasy novel for my senior project at the end of college, because i had to write all 200K words before getting an official opinion on it. I guess you can say you guys really fuel me, i couldn't do it without ya
I swear this story isn't gonna end until 2018 or so.

I really gotta say it though, after watching the S5 premiere it got me looking back on the four years since I first started watching, and any time I recalled something from an episode that didn't strike me as funny that first time I began seeing it differently and thought "Hey, this is actually rather amusing all of a sudden"

Four years, man. This is how long it took to really warm up to everything that's happened so far. Really says a lot about the person I used to be, wouldn't you think?
I almost didn't take that plunge back then, but seeing how far I've come makes me pleased that I did, considering who I might've become. 
And so, I'm feeling inspired to say something I've said only two times (to my knowledge) in that time: Thank you, Calm Wind. Thank you, everybrony!

2958262 Usually when Calm does splitting, it's because there's a lot going on in what he's written so far, and he doesn't want to overwhelm us, or there's a scene he doesn't want overshadowed. Don't get me wrong, though: detailed chapters are great. However, trust me when I say that this is a good thing.
Hopefully I'll finish my drawing for u by then.

What Jim said, it was gonna be like 24K words if i didnt split it, and some scenes i think are very important to the characters are in the first half,... and i DO NOT want the events in the second half to overshadow them because im gonna be real... chapter 81 is kind of very important
