I originally planned to post this tomorrow, on the anniversary of the date when I first published why am I a filly, but then I realized that tomorrow is April Fool's day and nobody would believe me. So, um, that being said:
I am canceling why am I a filly. Why? There are many reasons. When I first started it, I just took off in some random direction without any idea as to where the story was going. I published chapters really quickly, at rates I couldn't keep up with in the future. My writing was sloppy, and I would have died if it weren't for my amazing proofreader, W0nder S0arin. Then he left, and I died (He's back now, but that's not my point). The old chapters need so much work, but the writing is really awkward and I just can't force myself to read it. I've improved so much as a writer in the past year, and I've also finally realized that I'm never going to finish the story. I just have no motivation for it.
So thank you to all of the people who, for reasons I cannot comprehend, liked, favorited, and commented on it. It really means a lot to me, and it makes me feel kind of guilty for canceling it.
And I know some authors give away their stories to be continued by other people, but I will not be doing that. Although I'm abandoning it, it's still special to me because it was my first fanfiction.
So, that's that. If you like HiE though, I'll be writing another story where a human goes to Equestria. It'll be a one-shot, however, and not a multi-chapter.
That was a long blog post to read.
Anyways, we know Chocolate Shadows won't be pranking anyone tomorrow, So why not post it?
