Huzzah For The Canterlot Stalls · 2:12am Mar 28th, 2015

They have really good plumbing.

But uh seriously, they're here, they're weird, get used to it. I've even come up with a name for this paring, StickyShine.

Hey Glitter. That sounded pretty specific. Like you're crazy about shipping Caramel and Shining Armor?

What. No! I'm crazy about my version of Caramel and Shining Armor. I'm sure it's a phase and it will pass but while we are here, I SUPPORT StickyShine! And it could be canon seeing that these events take place before Cadence and Shining got married, Shining made his way up the ranks and ring-ga-ding, Caramel was at the wedding! (Holy crap, I understand the Rarijack shipper all of the sudden.) Of all the ponies there, why was he one of the best stallions?

*snorts* I mean, what kind of messed up past relationship could they have? *snorts harder*

Anyhoo, consider this a playback of some key observations one could make of A Canterlot Stalling.

Shining Armor is a dork.

There. Done. If you're confused, consider yourself un-confused.

If you read A Canterlot Stall, you'll notice the change in atmosphere, style and how it reads. Total spoiler if you haven't read yet: He's a unreliable narrator oh holy hell. Shining Armor is very, very pragmatic. Almost to a fatal degree. For example, he's very good at convincing someone that he is right (except his sister) when he's undeniably wrong. And most important, he knows and doesn't care anyway if it doesn't cross his lines in the sand. Lead him to a conclusion and make him think he thought of it on his own and you got him, hook, line and sinker!

It's a weak spot for him. *cough* A Canterlot Wedding part 1 and 2 is the culmination of this trait *cough*

That being said, A Canterlot Stalling was meant to be a complete contrast to it's predecessor. Build up. Build down. I wouldn't really call it a sequel because it goes on it's own path. If this story had been from Caramel's point of view, my knucklehead would have had a panic attack because he was getting carried away too or got angry (it's like a 50/50 chance with Caramel) and directed his energy to Shining. There wouldn't have been anything for Shining to exploit because sexy awkward play would have become something serious. (Like right after the oral.)

And you know, full of DRAMA.

No, thank you.

I just want the lowercase drama with the misunderstandings, awkward attraction, kinky sex and weird excuses they'll make before they come clean.

It is my kink points.

I know that both of the stories aren't as in and out like Sipping but I really like mind-play and dorks (and nerds because Caramel is a nerd). Like I said before, it's a phase and I'll soon move on to weirder shit.

Eventually.
