So I know it's been a while, but I haven't gone without sketching these last few months. I have done it less than usual, but haven't quit. That being said, I have a few I selected to share with ya'll. So without further ado, here's another round of sketches!
"Idiots. The lot of 'em."
One might find Sombra the Reformed's stoic expression hard to get by. However, you can usually tell how he's feeling by what he's drinking.
Coffee :: Sleepy
Tea :: Relaxed
Wine :: Enthusiastic
Hard Hitting Alcohol :: "Stay away from me, your stupidity is killing my brain cells."
After all, just cause you're usually calm and collected doesn't mean you don't have your limits. And when you're the headmaster of a school that specializes in the dark arts where something is always blowing up, your limit might be reached within the end of the week.
Something's Not Right
When Sombra and Sweetie Belle switched bodies...he wasn't happy. At all.
Chains That Bind You
The King of Tartarus takes his position in the underworld very seriously. That being said, he loves the added benefits that come with his Royalty. For one thing, anything bound in the Chains of Tartarus make it he's prisoner unless he releases you. No magic or power can break them. Careful he doesn't shackle you personally...or you'll be his.
Ying & Yang
Sombra the Reformed, perhaps the epitome of darkness and despair. Pinkie Pie, the extreme edge of happiness and laughter. How exactly have these two not only married one another, but have never had a fight even once?
No pony will ever know....

Speed of Sound
Thunder Lane is fast. Not as fast as Rainbow Dash, but it doesn't mean he couldn't take the same rigorous training she wen't through at the WonderBolt academy. The same tiresome drills day in and day out. He might not be as fast, but he can certainly give her a run for her money.
(I sketched this before I became a Sombra fic writer. I had planned a Rainbow Dash x Thunder Lane fic where he would go to certain extremes to impress the not to easily impressed mare. The plan was pretty solid, but never found the time to write it and now that I write Sombra fics and have a huuuuge queue, I might as well just forget about it....maybe. Or I could make another fimfic account and write it behind everypony's back

Sombra the Reformed
By now most of ya'll will know who Sombra The Reformed is. Still, I plan to sketch each incarnation of Sombra I come up with just like here with their Cutie Mark next to them. After all, a pony's cutie mark is their destiny right? So what does this Sombra's cutie mark mean? It means he's defied destiny...twice.
His original Cutie Mark was just the Red Crystal on its own. He got it after he used his special Red Crystal Magic to defeat Dycus. It is his signature spell that reflects magical attacks and many at his school have tried but failed to duplicate it, even Dinky and Shade haven't been able to do so.
The second part of his Cutie Mark are the purple flames behind it. This appeared when Sombra first used the Flame of Equestria's Burdens. Being that dark magic is absorbed by taking in another pony's doubts and fears, when Sombra drained the negative feelings of all of Equestria via Luna, he not only recovered all the magic he had lost in his fight, but overcharged himself to the point of flames burst out of his eyes and consume his horn in the shape of a mask whist flames bleed from his hooves as the ground beneath him reject the negativity seeping out of him.
Though he once had to be careful not to use all his dark magic because it would kill him, he now has the opposite problem. He has too much. He has to force himself to keep his flames in or risk getting others burned. It's not all that bad though. Least he's never left without a light.
So as always, let me know what ya'll think of my sketches. See any improvements between the older sketches to the newer ones? Think they look disproportionate? Want some more sketches?
If sweetie had that face all the time in that chapters that sombra and sweetie switched bodies, in my imagination It would be 3 times better than it already is.

That first one describes me in my Spanish 1 class so well. Everyone is an idiot. Everyone. Anyways, awesome drawings!
you should put that drawing of sweetie belle and put it in sweetie's shadow. that would pretty much describe the face she made the whole time that they switched places. It's hilarious!
