I'm Awesome, And I Really Don't Care About What Orhers Think About Me And My Story · 7:22pm Mar 12th, 2015
Hi guys! I'm writing this blog to say that I really don't care if people are rude to me because it only means that they are insecure in themselves and that they only want others to feel smaller than themselves. Not a lot of you will understand why I am writing this post and that's ok. I only want people to understand that just because I am not the best author, I am still an author, and that won't ever be taken away from me. Good day!
By the way, if anyone knows why I wrote this, please don't tell why- I just had to get my words out. Thank you.
I think I know why...
I read through the comments on Becoming a Cutie Mark Crusader, and I have to a conclusion- the readers were not rude, they were giving constructive criticism. Yes, some of their comments were ill-phrased, but I don't think their intent was to make a newbie writer feel bad. I noticed myself that the pacing was a little messy at times, and some of the grammar and wording could have been a little more sophisticated. However, that does not mean that it is a bad story. It is very well written considering that you are new to this, and with work, you could really make it shine. Good luck with the next chapter!
