I'm not dead, but the stories here are.

Hey there, been a while. Just thought I'd leave a post saying: I'm done with MLP and fanfiction stories. I've started creating my own story instead, one based around dragons.

You can find my socials, and links to the comic here!

Will try to post a little more once a week. Roughly around sundays. Time to hit the ground and get it sorted.

Do you know how proud you make me? · 11:38am Jan 5th, 2015

It's not the writing that makes this worthwhile, it's all of you. Each one of you fills me with immense pride. And every tiny comment, every creation, every sidefic, makes me feel like the luckiest person in the world. Do you know why?

Because it came from you.

, well, your writing is AWESOME!!!!

2702081 Especially you.

Make a mare blush why don'tcha? :twilightblush: ALL is spectacular, though I tend to say that about a lot of things. The real, true compliment I can pay you is this: Your story is on par with Fallout Equestria by Kkat, my all time favourite and #1. There are few stories that I can honestly say are as good, or Celestia forbid better than that. You've gotten it, and I eagerly await every chapter!

2702109 See? That's exactly what I meant. THAT right there!

2702113
You earned it, that's why! Now just keep up the great work! :trollestia:

2702163
Ooh, come on. You have certainly earned it, and I'm completely positive that you can keep it up. I know how doubting yourself goes; seems like everyone else writes better than you, has more followers, the list goes on and on. You're tackling new territory here, in my opinion, and you're hitting the nail square on the head every time.

2702196 Apologies, I'm distracted at the moment. One of my friends is depressed, it's taking 90% of my focus.

What I like about you is that you know how to write literature. I can barely handle a simple narrative, but then again I'm more of a philologist(and a composer, which includes writing lyrics). Speaking of which, your story made me finally realize who Best Pony is. Hint:

but then again I'm more of a philologist(and a composer, which includes writing lyrics).

A poem, inspired by A Little Loopy(Which deserves to be written in italics):

Literature is a game
Played between author and reader
A beautiful dance of tropes

Yes, I know it probably isn't technically a haiku.

2702330 I like having layers to a story. The more layers, the more you engage those who want more out of a story then a casual read. But I hate prose, flowery words added to make it long. I prefer to use words only when needed, and instead focus on adding layers behind the words.

Sadly, this perspective has soured many a movie for me as I've gotten better at it. :applejackunsure:

2702349 Words, words, words. Purple prose is frowned upon by actual literature people(But does have its uses in especially ridiculous narratives), and I myself commend you for that attitude as a philologist. Still, it's good to have fun with language every so often, for example I describe my sleeping arrangements as "A loose coalition of blankets".

Deus est Verbum

2702366 Oh I won't lie I experiment. But English has never been my strong suit, grammar my downfall. But ideas have always been in my head. And since my artistic skill is worse than a snakes, and I lack the paitence to do anything musical or in animation, writing is my only outlet.

This is such a sweet, heartfelt blog post that I think I'll stop screwing around and finally start reading A Little Loopy.
