Finding Home update · 4:28pm Dec 16th, 2014
The other day I updated about the progress of Hearth's Warming at Dusk. Which is finally going good now, and I'll hopefully have the next chapter up within the next couple of days.
I will say something about the next chapter of Finding Home. It'll be pretty funny. The last few chapters have been a little down since the 'Here come the fireworks chapter', so now we'll see the fun/funny side of Singer again, and more shenanigans as I introduce a new character who will be a bit of a handful for Singer. :3
Let's just say that Singer has more fans than he realized, even after he disappears off the charts.
As well as a new character that will be kind of a funny nod to a famous company, but I'll save that surprise for the chapter.
So yeah a few new characters will be showing up, and we will have a comedy based chapter.
Writing is still fun to me, I assure you. It's just that life and work have been pretty demanding of my time lately and any attempts at late night writing have been thwarted by need for sleep. Plus I suck at it when I'm tired anyway. But yeah I'm working on both, Hearth's Warming at Dusk more so at the moment, because I actually have a deadline for that. But I'm not far from being done with Finding Home, which has about 10 or less chapters to go. Then I get to work on Book 2! And I'm real excited for that! So many new updates I'm itching to incorporate!
As I said before Book 2 will be split into two separate stories. A 5-10 chapter pilot, then the rest of book 2.
