Attend and bear witness.
In three days it will be December, and in seven days, a full month since the last update to Couri. This was a situation I wished to avoid. My goal from the beginning has been to get a chapter out every other week. While I haven't always matched that, I have done a remarkable job (by my standards) at it.
There have been a few hurdles this last month. First there was the collaboration with Nom_deCheval 'Beautiful: Rainbow Dash and Fleur de Lis'. That was an interesting project. Next, I just returned from a week long trip to Ireland wherein many pints of Guinness were consumed. Finally, and more importantly, this is a long and important chapter. At current, I have written 12k words, with at least two more scenes to write and a number to fill out. I imagine it will reach anywhere between 15k to 18k before completing. Making it all the more difficult, this is, as many of you have guessed, where things begin to come together (pun intended). So, it's been more difficult than normal to get everything together and keep everything consistent.
Right now, my goal is to have this chapter finished and out to you within the second week of December.

let me be the first to say: take whatever and however much time you need, for we do not mind the wait. Perfection cannot be rushed and patience is a virtue, after all! Even if we, your faithful followers, would have to suffer months before your next update, we would suffer it gladly, for the tale you spin for us is one worth suffering such for.
