Time to take another crack at this writing thing

After a year long hiatus. Sure... that is totally what it is. I've decided to throw my hat into the ring once more. Currently I'm looking for an editor, or a prereader, or something, to help with this particular work. But hopefully it's worked out. So my story, The Equalizer, while I wanted to make constant improvements to it. I can't seem to be able to get it any attention to help me improve upon it. And while the beginning of this story keeps changing, where one rewrite almost indistinguishable from the last the general plan for my story stays the same. So my question is that if i keep rewriting the story, should I A. Publish them as separate stories, since they are pretty much indistinguishable from the last? Or B. Continue with the initial plan of getting out new rewrites as chapters?

I'm not sure if the first one actually falls under rewriting. But I really have no clue.

Also, it's my birthday today.
