Organized. Ready. Writing. · 4:15pm Sep 15th, 2014
Hi all,
Again, I thank you for your patience. I am finally, at some approximation of 'up to speed' on my new job here at Amazon. It was quite the transitional period for me, going from employed at AT&T, to unemployed, to employed at Amazon in the space some three-odd months.
As you all undoubtedly know, this has brought my writing to a halt. A halt that I was hoping to avoid, but was ultimately unavoidable.
So now, I want you all to know that I'm writing again. Last night I was working on chapter 5, and it felt good. Damn good. So I'll be working even more on my stories, going so far as to say my writing schedule will include multiple days a week. Lunch breaks. Evenings. Early mornings.
Basically, any period of down time not filled with family, work, piano lessons, food, hygiene, or sleep will be filled with writing. Most of it pony. I've decided to put my passion project on the sidelines to finish this story and whatever comes next.
Thanks again!
-Dan
At least you have a job!
But seriously, you can count on me to stay supportive of anything you write, pony or otherwise.
Welcome Back!
You haven't been completely out of the game, just forced to edit my stuff.
This is great news. I am happy that you have a form of organization created, and I can't wait to have the go to start pre-reading Chapter 5 for you. It'll feel good to have PTS25 knocked out, break for a while and do something else, then march forth with the Birthdayverse!
Good to hear that your life is back to some semblance of order. Looking forward to more pony-related words from you.
Just reread 505th Birthday. Still as amazing as ever. But it leaves me wanting more of Shining Armor's trials as the King of Tartarus, Cadance's baby woes, and so on.
Still, great to hear you will be finishing 25th.
I'm glad you're writing again!
Thank you for all the stories!
