Should I post or should I wait? · 2:26am Sep 5th, 2014
As you can probably tell, I am horribly impatient at times, really, really impatient.
Should I wait a bit longer for Deepsleep to look over the second Chapter 12 of Two Moons, which had almost everyone else from my team look over it already or should I post it now.
Your call.
If I were giving you my time and knowledge on a project of yours, then you suddenly decide to bypass my opinion...I think I'd feel a bit unappreciated. After all, I am giving you my time and expertise freely. What is that worth to you?
If you want your readership to have the best you can produce, and your pre-readers and editors usually suggest changes or find errors, then you should wait for the final check.
You do have the right to publish without pre-reading and editing. But once you give it to someone.... Show them that you respect their time and knowledge by refraining from publishing until you hear back from them. In the future, just cut down on the number of editors if you are so impatient.
I say wait a few more days to give him time. Give three days. After that publish.
2428848 I was promised when he had finished Artemis's chapter, it would be done the next day. That was Monday, I believe. That said, I will wait as I have done in the past.

I will wait as long as it takes Deepsleep to get to it.

I feel your pain. Your anxiousness is understood.
However, life happens... Give them the benefit of the doubt.
If after a week passes, and you have heard nothing... I'd say publish out of respect for your readership.
2428879 Indeed. I will wait at least a week, and then I will post. Also know that, once again, I will be making this even harder to write for myself.
2428896 Sorry, you must wait a bit more
2428926 ...Not funny in the slightest.
Do not make those types of jokes on my page ever again.

Why do you believe this will make your progress more difficult?
2428993 Wait and see. Wait and see.
Now damnit!
2429679 sorry you must wait a bit longer.
