ok, here is a new style of blogs I'll be doing at times. The strongest characters of each series.

The one thing I don't understand is why you placed Enel higher than Luffy, considering that most of his attacks are completely useless against Luffy. But I really don't remember that arc all that well so what do I know.
I would have thought Eneru would be higher, just because his ability makes him almost invincible.
2328198 because honestly enel is one of the stronger characters in the series. The only reason luffy even stood a chance against him is the rare chance he was rubber, being immune to lightning. In actual power enel is Stronger

Strongest in what way?
Weapons use? (ships and cannons included?)
Straight up fair fight?
Killing potential?
Potential to walk away from something alive?
If we turn off plot armor, I would go with Doflamingo, as long as he doesn't do dumb ass stuff. He can just spam infinite minions, and tire out/get lucky hits/abilities that work against enemy.
Straight up fight? Kizaru. He can catch you and laser your ass, without plot armor, or bulshit magic (if he actually could go near light speed, not below subsonic, as shown in anime, he is slow as fuck.)
If plot armor, main characters of coarse.

Never thought that Shiki and Z would count in the ranks, but I suppose it's cool.
I was surprised Shanks ranked second until I saw Whitebeard
I feel that Monkey D Dragon should tie with Shanks, if not Whitebeard, just because we never got a full taste of his power save for a few gales.
Silly Chaos, everyone knows that you're the strongest guy in One Piece, and you somehow watched all 600+ episodes

Also, I have to agree with what another person commented on earlier? How are you classifying these characters in terms of strength? Because for all we know, this is just a favorites list of your favorite strong characters with small facts barely helping the selection process.

Z is a character from the movie, one piece Film Z. He's an old admiral who trained all the current admirals and captains in the past.
And I am ranking there's characters on power that we have seen, from what we have heard from the other characters, and their overall skills. Like even though luffy beat enel, enel is stronger than him and only lost due to the random chance luffy is immune to lightning.
i believe that kuma is more strong that you put him, and dragon and shanks shouldn't be in the list because we never has seen they in action.
