Post Nuptials: Pinkie Pie

Well, my weekly wednesday update has arrived on schedule.

Little behind the scenes: I thought of making this a purely comedic chapter that would have had Pinkie continually getting distracted from angsting by various things. This would have resulted in the fourth wall being broken, and the author despretly trying to get Pinkie back on track until finally he gives up and moves on to Spike. I had some really good jokes, but in the end I decided it was a bad idea to stick a chapter like that in the middle of an otherwise serious story.

Anyway, Spike is next week, and let me tell you: I've been waiting to do this chapter since Celestia's. No spoilers, though you will get a small preview in this week's chapter.

I can suspect why. The look of disappointment Spike had about someone that is practically his mother is great material for something like this. Actually I have seen a few Celestia's pov about this, and yet non about Spike.

Thanks for not doing that! I grew weary of these meta-jokes (especially with a character like Pinkie, who is designed to be funny in its own right) and your current style is very fine as it is.
