I have recently started being able to sleep well again meaning I now have a clear head and the focus I need to be able to start writing more chapters.
However, before I do, I have a question for everyone reading. I have two ways to go about explaining the laws and their various details and whatnot and want to know which you all would rather see done more. I can either integrate how the law works and the details surrounding it into everything that will be happening in Ponyville, or I can have chapters that cut away to Canterlot where Celestia and Luna are discussing any new laws Twilight passes and have them give all the details on it.
If I go the second route things will go like this:
Chapter where law in introduced.
Chapter with Celestia and Luna, and maybe Cadence and/or Shining Armor if need, discussing the law new law.
Chapters involving everything else after the law is passed, how well it succeeds or fails, ect.
The first way would basically be the same as above but with the middle cut out of it. And yes, there will be some laws that fail. I plan to make the ones that do fail do so HILARIOUSLY... or at least I hope I do.
After I get enough feedback on this I should have new chapters coming out not long after.
I vote second, if only to get to see Tia, Luna, Cadence, and Shining's reactions to the laws.
I would find interesting to see the commentary by the elder princesses, but not ad inmediata, but well after the law has been implemented. Therefore, I vote for the first option.
I think it would be interesting to see what Celestia and Luna think of the laws.
I think maybe a little of each, but I had another question. Can readers suggest laws for Twilight to pass?
