So apparently writing is fun, this is something I've learned over the past few weeks here, and I have to say that when I consider just how many people are taking their time to look at the ramblings I've produced I am a little surprised. True, I've not got anything near the attention of the top-tier writers here, but for a few brief minutes my first story even got featured on the homepage! It's probably still my best work, which is annoying, though I'm happy with the newer ones I've produced as well.
Anyway, I was going to write this when that particular story reached the arbitrarily good milestone of 500 views, but somepony had to go and read it while I was sleeping and I got caught off guard, so 501 views it is. Which is, all things considered, still better.
