Regarding the immediate future of Unexpected Confessions. · 9:17am Jun 28th, 2014
So... I was totally planning to buckle down and work on UC for a while, preferably until it was done. At the absolute minimum, I wanted to get out two chapters before I strayed into anything else.
Unfortunately, my muse is a fickle and temperamental bitch. I'm about 3,400 words into the next chapter of UC, but I just got an idea for a different story that I couldn't get rid of until I just gave up and wrote it (it's done, but I'm not sure about publishing it yet). But I got it out of the way and all was well in the kingdom again... for about a day.
Long story short, I'm working on a completely new, totally non-pony-related fic. I have no idea how long it will take, but my muse is rather stubbornly refusing to help me with anything other than it at the moment. Sadly, this means I have no idea when the next update for Unexpected Confessions is going to be (which is what I'm sure you all wanted to hear six weeks after the last chapter came out).
I promise that I'll come back to UC and finish it up as soon as I can.

Well, the muse wants what it wants. No getting around that.
Thats too bad, but I guess there would be no point for you to write this fic if you werent enjoying yourself while doing so, and it wouldnt be fair to ask you carry on unhappily (which not to mention could change the actual quality of the fic)
So despite how much I like this fic so far, I guess I would be okay waiting a little longer
Hopefully well get a chapter at some point. but in the meantime, take your time with it
I hope you're muse goes well with whatever project you're working on. Best of luck and I eagerly await UC to get back into full swing someday. It'll be well worth the wait, and while I wait I'm going to be re-reading UC.
