Our Lady's Courtship, FiS, and Where We Go From Here

So... if you've been following my story Friendship is Software, you'll know that I recently ended it around Ch. 6 despite our team's entry to the Vault. I gave my reasons why, but I still hope my readers can understand and accept that it's just not the story for me to be working on right now. Between my enthusiasm for Our Lady's Courtship and my day job as a content writer, I just

Ch. 6 of "Friendship is Software" Coming Soon

I know I had my doubts about being able to continue this story (or at least, by myself), but I finally got a good six pages into the next chapter.

Take that, Writer's Block! Sustain me with your delicious tears as my Muse and I wreak havoc on the blank page once more!

Attn: Fans and Readers of "Friendship is Software"

I want to start off by saying how awesome it is to have so many people take an interest in my MLP cyberpunk story. It's been fun to write and I really liked building the fictional world of Terra.

First Thoughts on "Twilight's Kingdom, Parts I and II"

So... lots of things to discuss, but rather than do an elaborate summary or play-by-play of 44 minutes worth of TV, I'll go straight to the Good, the Bad, and the Meh.

    Spoilers Below!

    The Good:
    * Discord's whole meeting with the villain Tirek. Well-acted and a rare dialogue between two different villains.

An Invitation to the Wedding of Her Royal Highness, Princess Twilight Sparkle

...At least, that's what I hope to have completed by Friday. Part II of "This Day is Going to Be Perfect," with wedding plans and last-minute scrambles and love in the air and so many magical, heart-melting moments that you'll simply want to lay down and die.

I want to start off by saying how awesome it is to have so many people take an interest in my MLP cyberpunk story. It's been fun to write and I really liked building the fictional world of Terra.

However, at the moment, I can't muster much time or enthusiasm for keep writing it. And when I do get free moments, I find that I'm more inclined to work on my RariShylight shipping fic Our Lady's Courtship. Naturally, this represents quite the conundrum. Right now, Friendship is Software is "on hiatus," but I don't want to let it fall into the dreaded "Cancelled" category.

So what I'm looking for right now are collaborators. I'm in the market for a dedicated reader, skilled writer, and cyberpunk enthusiast to help me carry this story the rest of the way. I've already got ideas for the ending mapped out, but I need someone with more time and enthusiasm to help me see it through. If things go well enough, I may even step back and let someone else take over the actual writing, though I'll always be available for editing and suggestions.

If anyone reading this is so interested, please PM me and, if possible, give some samples of your writing style.

Thanks so much to sticking with this story and here's to keeping the fun going!

Hey...I (like) to claim myself as a skilled writer, since I DID publish a book...you were looking for help?
Very interested.
Also, still working on editing the piece you sent; busy, busy busy! I might have to put the lot of you on hold for a bit, due to personal issues at home.

Anyways, PM if you want to chat about it, (your offer.)

2236552 No problem. This story isn't on my high-priority list right now, so please, take whatever time you need.

I'm no writer, but I'd be glad to pre-read for errors / grammar/wording issues.

2236917 I appreciate that, but I'm looking more for actual writers who can take over.

Gotcha. I misunderstood.
