Chuck Baleigh

I write terrible stories. Don't read them. Even that one you think you'd like. You won't.

Nyahaha I think I'm just gonna delete this account

    Provided I can.
This is the first I've visited the site in a while.
I think it's safe to say I shouldn't have this account anymore.
If you happen to like any of my stories (featured only here on FIMFiction, that is), save them.
Fuck, even repost them and claim them as your own (To Babysit a Crusader would be fun to read with my name replaced with someone else's.)

I cleaned out my Favorites and Read Later list.

Read later used to have 97 stories.
    That dropped to 12.
Favorites had (I think) 96 unread chapters.
    That dropped to 25.
    Feels good.

Well, now that my shit-insert is finally cancelled, I feel like I can share a couple other ideas for stories that I was going to write for it, as a sort of closing for it.

1. After the whole rescuing Octavia thing, she'd fall in love with me, and Frederic, obviously being in love with her, wouldn't take this lightly. He would challenge me to some kind of duel for Octavia's heart, and I'd be like "dude wtf I'm asexual bro." It would end in me telling Octavia to give Frederic a chance, which she would, and they would begin dating happily and all that happy garbage. This idea was abandoned quickly, and probably would have only made it into the story were I desperate for ideas. (My brother compared it to something that would happen in an anime. Needless to say, that motivated me even further to drop it.)

2. The entire town of Ponyville would come down with some kind of disease. I'd arrive to find Twilit Blend working hard making a cure, but practically killing herself, since she's sick too. I tell her to go to bed, and I try and formulate the cure based on what Twilight has researched. With my only help being Spike (the disease only afflicts ponies), I try to gather the ingredients and whatnot to help the ponies. In the end, the cure is crafted after a perilous journey around Ponyville. This one was going to come after the musical-group centered stories.

3. Twilight would have some kind of a ceremony to attend in Canterlot which involved her excelling studies at the school she half-sort of-not really attended. I would go with her and her friends, and it would be here where I formally meet Celestia and Luna. Celestia would chat with me over dinner about human government, and I would give her negative answers about how our world works. The ponies would nonetheless be enthralled by the idea of democracy. After the party, it's too late out to go back to Ponyville, so Celestia lets us stay a night in the castle. Later at night, everyone would hear spooky moans outside, and Pinkie claims there's a ghost haunting the castle. Nobody believes her, but we nonetheless investigate, enlisting Luna for help. Everyone is grouped into two, and Luna and I get the kitchen area, and eventually discover the "ghost" is a sleepwalking Celestia. Once Luna and I get her to bed, we inform the others and call it a night. The next morning, Celestia and Luna bid us farewell, while everyone giggles at Celestia. She's curious as to why everyone's so giddy (sans me), but only receives vague answers, sort of in that cheesy cartoon fashion. As you can tell by how much of this I typed, this was the most planned out story, and I actually typed some of it on my laptop.

4. The Cutie-Mark Crusaders try getting their cutie-marks again, this time trying to become hypnotists. They fuck up at it, and ask me to try it out. I say "K" and successfully do it. They're like "holy shit brah you should hypnotize our sisters/parents/whoever the fuck Scootaloo's guardian is so they give us what we want." Again, I'm like "K" and do it, but in the process go mad with power, and see how far I can go with my newfound ability. The Crusaders try and stop me and in the end, we both get punished, the Crusaders getting grounded or some-shit, I...well actually, I hadn't thought that out.

5. In the final chapter, all of the antagonists I fucked over would team up and try to get me back on Earth permanently. This chapter would have taken place in present time, instead of the whole formula of me telling the story that had already happened. I only thought of two endings to this. The first would be everyone's happy and I can still come to 'Questria as I pleased. The other would be bittersweet, with me defeating the villains somehow, but for some reason I hadn't thought up, I would be forced to stay back home forever. I mulled over it being between me doing it by choice, deciding that humans were a bad influence on Equestria, or in the process of beating the bad guys, they damage the portal somehow and make it impossible for Twilit to make another one.

In between all of this, there would be: my older brother discovering the portal and coming over occasionally (he would also write his own dialogue), my friend discovering ponies exist when three of the mane 6 come over to my world for a bit (he would also write himself), and shit like that.

If you visit my pastebin, you'd notice I used some of these abandoned ideas for the stories I write.

Now that I've written all this, I wonder who'll take the time to read it.
