Hello again, my followers.
I have two news for you, one good, and one bad.
The good news, is that from Saturday on, school will be out, meaning that I will be able to get something done faster (Catonian's PArty willing, of course). Sure, I have a debt in Latin and Ancient Greek, but it's nothing that will take all my strenght to overcome.
Now, to the bad news: the Damn Party has ambushed my forces, and he is attacking the citieis bordering with the deserted, containing the Bad Ideasdesert tribes. While this isn't something truly new, it still caught me with my pants down, and blocked me from writing anything else for From the Start and another fic I am writing.
What's worse, Autmn Breeze seems pretty overworked and the events are almost conspiring against him, meaning that he can't give me much of a writing support. Since I am not the kind of guy that likes to pester people too much and since I am a huge doosh that simply cannot wait, I am starting to think that it might be a good idea try to find a new co-writer for my story, until either he gets less overworked, or my story is finished.
Either way, I will make sure to do something in return to whoever helps me.
I vote burning the Party's crops, raiding their villages, and eating Gyro's on Tuesday my Greek friend
You sent th latst chapter to me on a work day. I'm sure I can get this chapter done, I just need time, that's all.
I haven't even gotten a chance to read it, since I had to go out today. The weekend and most of Monday are free, so I'll try then

You know, I saw your blog posts, I saw what happened, I immediately assumed that you were not avaible. It's kind of a trait for me: assume the worst when a disgrace happens to somebody you are working with hits him/her, but not do the same when that happens to me.

I do have to wonder why you decided to write a story with a premise that scares/disgusts/morally intimidates you to the point where you have to fight yourself to write it.
It doesn't sound very fun.

Simple: the Catonian Party is resisting because he knows that, if I complete this story, his secret weapon, the Neogignoskophobia, would be rendered useless, and will lose a good part of his military support. And I want that, because, if the Catonian Party turns into a really small party with no ways ot enforce his will whatsoever, I will be able toreplace this prude and boring party with the Worker's Party, which promotes the same positive things (Sense of Duty, Willpower while Studying/working etc.) as the Catonian Party, but doesn't think that those things necessarly require to nullify free time.
To put it in simple terms: I liked the concept of this story, and started to merrily write it, with the Catonian Party simply crossing his arms and acting offended
I noticed that, while I was writing the story and made fun of my childhood and its related fears (since I considered it to be an ugly period that was to be feared, hence part of the neogignoskophobia),in the occasional fights I had against the Catonian Party for things unrelated to this site, his Attacks were made with less power, and, when the Neogignoskophobia was employed, it stopped begin an equivalent of a nuke, and turned into a less powerful (but still destructive) Tallboy.
The Catonian Party, seeing his power wane, started to harrass me into stop writing this story, knowingall too well what the end results would be, if I completed the story.
I tried to resist, and kept writing, until he full-scale rebelled and seized a good chunck of my mind, at which point I stopped and called for help.
Sicne I managed to get the story going on, the Damn Party got slightly weaker, allowing me to lay a quick siege, and conquer his HQs.
The Catonian Party signed a peace treaty, whose condictions were exposed a while ago.
Naturally, the Catonian Party wasn't going to let me finish this so easily: he raided me.
Then, last week, he pulled a trick on me, by pretending to retreat in the desert of Bad Ideas once and for all, leaving me alone.
But that was a trap: after calling in the desert tribes of Unrightful Slothfullness and Stupid Wrothfullness, the Catonina Party created an army and assaulted the cities bordering with the desert.

I'm working that day. For the next nine or so weeks I have cooking classes on Monday so I have to make up for missing work by doing it on Thursday instead.
However, if I can, I will try to get the chapter done by Friday afternoon. At last by Australian time, anyway.
