Check this out if you have zero clue what I'm talking about haha.
Did bodyweight squats in front of my physical therapist, and they were good!! Super smooth, great range of motion, and zero tightness for the first few sets. This puts me on step 4 out of 5.

Gameplan my physical therapist and I made to overcome my joint issues once and for all. I'd say I'm 90% there, so here is the plan for the last 10%. After almost a full decade of pain affecting my waking hours, sleep, ability to exercise, and ability to just have fun, I'm almost done!!!!
I define me being done as: Being able to exercise, sleep, stand, sit, lie down, and walk with no pain, instability, or unevenness. It's hard to put a number on a goal like this, but I'd say I'm 85% there.

I was planning to start this story later, but then I was like "Why not now?"

The name is When the Sun Sets and since the actual description is probably gonna be better than me just giving a little summary, here you go:

Sunset Shimmer is the most talented off all of Princess Celestia's students, so much so that the princess is her own personal mentor. After acing her latest test she is certain she will be named a princess, so she has nothing to worry about when a new student named Twilight Sparkle enters Celestia's school, right?

Expect Sunset vs. Twilight action, filly Twilight and Sunset Shimmer being adorable, and a tragedy involving a filly who just didn't know when to stop.
