What I had learned from MLP:FIM so far · 12:10am May 21st, 2014

Hmmm... lets see here..

Season 1: Pinkie not being taken seriously at least 3 times, but other that, the writing in S1 was okay.

Season 2: Er, whatever happened to that you should take your friends seriously, even if they had nothing to worry about? Remember that friendship lesson from lesson zero? Well that gotten thrown out the window in ACW (A Canterlot Wedding), therefore making the series a walking contradiction of what it stands for. Yep, that show little kids of what friendship is all about right? Hahahaha.. er no.

Season 3: The Alicorn Twilight drama fest. Who would had thought that a pair of effing wings would set alot of people off? Yep, that will draw new to the fanbase or should I say "fan base" now would it? One word answer, no.

Season 4: Okay, this season is at the every least bizarre to down right what the hay did I just watch.

I admit though, the series is good for the animation, even though it took me a while to get used to art style, the settings, and the characters themselves. As for the lessons of friendship? Er, yeah about that, I will look else were for it.

Looks like, to quote Matt Baylis once again, the more this show goes on, the more bronies/pegasisters are going to realize it was never really that amazing/brilliant in the first place...:fluttershysad:

Like I've mentioned before, if you want good friendship lessons, watch Sailor Moon, sure the girls tend to get frustrated with Usagi, but they do love her and try to keep her on her feet and such (in season 3, at one point, they notice how Neo Queen Serenity is like Usagi in a way and are frustrated with her clumsiness, Usagi isn't dumb, but later say she's like Usagi in a nice, kind caring way), or even watch Saint Seiya, while the friendships there may look like they come out of nowhere and there aren't a whole lot of interactions like Sailor Moon, you can tell the characters are friends because they were together at an orphanage, care for each other and want to help each other out in pandemonium, I like that type of friendship along with Sailor Moon's rather than the whole friendship lessons.
