Who is going to take someone seriously if they marry a fictional character (Twilight Sparkle)? Most won't and will find it laughable at best. Granted, its a plushie of Twi but, thinking about that plushie as the actual Twilight in the series? Really? Oh and who would actually perform the marriage ceremony of this nature?

The problem is, do you really want to add viewing a MLP character as your waifu to the list of brony stereotypes? No. I don't think so.
Secondly, there is a difference between cartoons and reality. If you don't know what''s which, then I dunno what else to say.
