Another One Of Those Boring Things You'll Probably Glance At But Not Really Read, Because Who Ever Reads Blogs? · 5:08pm May 6th, 2014
So, just a general update on writing, sad to say not entirely all that much progress across the board. Really need to find more time to dedicate towards writing than I have been, so many things to do, yet nowhere near enough time. Anyone know how to add an extra 24-48 hours to a day? I'd love to know if so.
Overcoming the Day is coming along, just at a relatively slow pace. I'm writing a scene with the following ponies all in it at once: Applejack, Rarity, Dash, Pinkie, Fluttershy, Cadance, Shining Armor, and both of Twilight's parents (Velvet Dawn and Crescent Dusk. Nothing like coming up with names before any were really established). So, progress is a bit slow, as to not make anything awkward. Once I break past this scene, the speed of things should speed up a bit. The chapter is currently at 2,000 words or so. I'm expecting it around the mid 4,000s with the current content I have planned for it.
Getting Used to Being FeMale in Equestria is also coming along nicely, although I only have about 500 words in the chapter right now. A small spoiler, going to be introducing the prank war that I teased in the prequel between Aurora and Celestia. Other ponies might just get drawn into it as well on both sides. Also, I hope y'all liked the last chapter, still can't believe it went as long as it did. This one, I'm not entirely certain how long it will go, but previous chapters show somewhere around 5,000 - 6,000 in length. Once I finish the next chapter of the above story, I'll probably get to this story again.
The Worst Nightmare of my Life. Note to self, if you let The Parasprite at a rough draft, expect sarcastic asshole opinions that contain thinly veiled criticism about things you need to fix. It's quite comical to see. I've got the prologue written, just need to make some edits and rewrite a piece here and there. Got the next chapter of it drafted as well, and need to do world building for the chapter after that one. World building is nuts. Luckily, I've got some help for it. Also waiting on the coverart to be completed. In the meantime, I'm teasing it on my front page. Probably won't release this one until I've got 20k written and cleaned up though. Got plenty of other things to be working on already.
For the rest of my stories, they're in the back of my mind. I haven't forgotten about any of them, but not enough time to give everything the focus they deserve. Writing is a pain at times, even though it is fun.
I really need to find pictures to include with these things, huh. Maybe next time.
Cheers all.
I read blogs and blog accessories.

Well after reading this blog I must say that I am happy to know that you are keeping your readers/followers informed of your progress. It is a rare thing to see a writer, especially of your caliber, keeping all of us informed of your progress on your current and on coming fictions. May you find success in your endeavors and remember, most of us are patient, so take as much time as you need.

As for adding pictures to go along with said blogs I recommend smexy pictures, they always attract the attention of those who read these. I'd so you an example, but I'm afraid that it would take away from the blog as this post would be the thing gathering attention rather than the blog itself.![:trollestia:](https://static.fimfiction.net/images/emoticons/trollestia.png)
All in all, Godspeed to you Spacecowboy. I'm actually awaiting what you have to say pertaining to my growth/downfall when it comes to my writing skill, but then again, who else other than me cares about that little tidbit of information?
Nice to know what you're up to, not many authors do that unless they're announcing a new story (in which case it will go unmentioned until they upload it) or problems with a current one (in which case it's usually to tell you that it's cancelled or on indefinite hiatus.)
It's always good to be kept in the loop. Looking forward to more FeMale, and The Worst Nightmare Of My Life has taken my interest hostage.
