OH good looks like the stupid old login thing is gone so.. YAY im back! I have had SO many ideas in my head specially for Zero's story, I even came up with a Giant Setting that connects a lot of my stories to each other ^_^. I may not have been posting here or any comments, but I've still been doing a lot of reading on my 3ds! Making random notes and such..
Here is one I can share with ya.
Equestria: A floating Moon like area, a mass of land pulled from the mother land, to protect it from the Changing Land life below because of well.. Humanity , lets end that there.. Anyway.. here is how it works in my head.
The Fourth Wall: Is an invisibility barrier that keeps Equestria, its Solar bodies [ the mini sun and moon] from being Seen and discovered by other life forms. Only Alicorns and very few ponies [such as Pinkie Pie for instance] have the talent to pierce the Veil with their gaze. Also the power to pierce the Veil, is also a variant of the Type of sight needed to look into other dimensions.
The Alicorn controlling of the Sun and Moon : Guardian Deity Alicorns such as Celestia and Luna have the power to control a miniature Star and Moon, created to further protect the land from the effects of man kind below them. My concept also makes Equestria smaller than most planets, Thus making it more feasible that only 2 beings would be needed for the sun and moon during a 24 hour cycle.
Tartarus: As you know Cerberus Guards the gate way to the under world, Well... We can take that as Literal in this case. Seeing as there is no Capital punishment in Equestria, The main Consequence would be banishment. For a normal pony, being sent to the sun or moon, would be the same as an instant death sentence, As would being trapped in Stone. [After all Discord has shown he was AWARE most of the time while in stone form.] So instead, the ponies are Sent through Tartarus to the Land below [which I'm calling Grand Gaia after Gran pulse from FF 13. Also this world IS based off Earth so Gaia fits as well.]
Gran Gaia: Nature has taken over, since Equestria's creation. Between the opening of the Rifts brought about demons, aliens, and supernatural horrors and the Subsequent Natural disasters that struck, Humanity was Just about obliterated. Of course some still exist, and there are Colonies of Banished ponies, griffons, and humans all working together. Dragons have become common place. In short, anything you find in the Ever free, CAME from here.. Infact, The Everfree is on the polar opposite location as Tartarus, and acts as a Random Gateway into Equestria. [Humans that travel through are Found in Fan fics, But others are killed by the Everfree monsters, Zecora, and Special magical guardians. Hell protecting that doorway is WHY the palace of the Sisters is there in the first place in my head.]
