Normal appearance: Dark Red coat, Lighter red Tail with a blue stripe down the center to match his blue eyes. Of course he can take any other form, but this is what he chose to be. The cutie mark he has created for himself is that of a first aid kit.
Bio: A changling who had been injured and taken care of, who saw the love and care doctors gave to their patients, however most medical experts are Unicorns and require patients to come to them for help. First aid saw the chance to use his special skills in a way that lets him help others, while still able to blend in with most ponies. Using the calming talents changlings normally use to subdue and feed off of prey, First Aid uses them to relax patients in order to better enact basic repair work. Or to make them easier to travel to the hospital. He wears a long flowing mane on his head to hide a smaller than average horn, which enables him to take the disguise of a pegasi, albeit the hospital staff and most people know he is a changling due to his using magic every now and then.

Reason for appearance: He based the color of his main coat off of the color of blood, so that he could disguise badly injure patients, to reduce the level of panic in an area. His light blue tail and eyes are to make him a distinctive sight in the sky, making it easier for ponies to spot him and wave him down with the stripe pattern. His magical aura, like most changlings, is green, though his is closer to the green of Grass and leaves than the sickly green used by most.
A lot of his talents were bred in order to incapacitate and surprise unicorns, pegasi, and Earth ponies by use of subterfuge and stealth. His goal in the swarm was to weaken a group so that the fighters in the swarm had an easier time fighting. He was also gifted with a talent as a medical officer in the Swarm as well. [trained to fix wings, bones, horns, and take care of young and elderly.]
His greatest power is a healing surge that allows him to use the Love energy he has absorbed, and use it to power a healing energy beam that repairs living tissue. This talent takes a lot of energy and has the possibility of killing him if over used.
First aid has made his presence and being known to the mane six, ponyville officials, staff of the ponyville hospital, and has sent official records stating who and what he is to Canterlot authorities. He is not in hiding, he merely wants to lessen panic among the populace. He is undergoing training over time to transfer what he knows of changling repair to that of ponies.
Dwelling: he lives in the hospital as a 24 hour response unit.
