New Cover art for TMS 1! · 4:19pm Mar 4th, 2014
Alright, after I write this, I'll update TMS 2.
But I'd rather go on ahead and say this. TMS 1 has a new cover art, and it is on the small side. Sorry about that, I tested a larger version but FIMfiction won't accept it, since there is a size rule that the site can accept. (Without the use of a URL.) I drew that picture so long ago. It took forever to draw Vinyl's face a certain way and I was so happy with myself when I was done. Then Octavia ... meh I could have done better but it took me a week of on and off drawing to do that. After drawing, It was August I think, I knew that outlining with sharpie and using Prismacolor pencils will do the drawing no justice, so I waited. Then after my birthday, I was given my first art tablet and I knew that this was my next step in drawing.
First things first, I scanned my drawing into the computer then began to work. Surprisingly enough, painting that drawing was actually the first time I had really used Photoshop in three years. I made a long unnecessary way of painting the drawing then I learned some things, I taught myself stuff, but the only problem I had was outlining. The PS I have had no pen tool, which was a shock, but I was able to put a decent outline on the characters. Then I added the jewel in the middle, then the Sombra eyes, and with help from the burn tool and the smug tool, Sombra's eyes looked sooo cool!
Anyway so really, if you guys like it, then cool. But if you want the original drawing back up, let me know. Also if you guys do like my cover art and want a matching pic for TMS 2, I'll see what I can do. It'll take a long while, especially with the main computer down and stuff. So hope you guys enjoy the next chapter of TMS 2 and hope you like the new pic for TMS 1.
