THIS IS ESPECIALLY IMPORTANT FOR MY ASSASSIN'S CREED READERS.
So, I've decided that I need a break.
Yes, I know I said that I was on a break, but that's not what I meant. I mean that I am putting everything else, including Assassin's Creed: Musical Overture, on hiatus.
Why? Because I need to try something new, spread out to different ideas. I think it'll help me gain some confidence again, and all I ask is for your support. Hopefully you'll like what I've come up with.
So without further ado, here's what I'm working on. It's a brand new story, and I want to know what you all think of it.

"My name is Gunnery Sergeant Button Mash, Equestrian Marine Corps. This is the story of my service in the Second Avol World War."It was thought that peace would last forever after the first Avol World War was over. Button Mash was ignorant of such a conflict; he was too young to have remembered it. He got to grow up in a time of economic stability and tranquility. He thought he might even make it through college. But pressure mounted, until finally, the world snapped again.
The Griffon Kingdom has invaded the Changeling Hives. The Zebra Nation has attacked the Equestrian Empire.
After the last Avol World War, the Equestrian military was decimated, so now they have but one choice: a draft.
Here is the important thing about this story, however: This is set in an alternate universe. The Princesses are still immortal and rule Equestria, but they have no control over the sun or the moon. The Mane Six are still called the Elements of Harmony, but they have no extreme magical powers as in the show. Instead, they are more of a supreme council for the Princesses. Lastly, there is more to the Equestrian Military than just the Royal Guard.
Sounds interesting. :) Make a blog post when you release the first chapter, and I'll take a look at it.

I've also heard crack fics are a great way to break writer's block, so I might post a one-shot for that too.

No matter how long it will take I will remain an avid fan of Musical Overture, though I am really interested in War Never Changes now too

The new story has a different title now, btw. It's "That Others May Live", though even that's tentative if I can find a better one.
I personally watched you for Dusk (really, your art is awesome) but you made me like assassin's creed.
